Funding for Local Government

The Government has announced its allocations of funding for Local Government for 2021/22, which includes another £17m of extra COVID support for Nottinghamshire and Mansfield Councils.

During this year we've had close to £50m of support with COVID, which means our County Council are well placed financially to maintain services, despite the virus.

On top of that COVID support, general funding will rise by 4.5% in order to best protect our local services in difficult times.
